Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with any products purchased exclusively from the TrendLux website, please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp at +1 551 404 0303

You can return products purchased from the Website within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Products must be returned in their original condition, complete with their original packaging, unopened and sealed, along with any accessories (including promotional gifts). TrendLux will have the sole discretion to determine if the products are in their original condition. Products that are incomplete, damaged, opened, used, or broken will not be eligible for a refund.

TrendLux disclaims all responsibility for any loss, shipping delays, or incorrect delivery of returned items, as you assume the risks associated with your chosen shipping method.

If you choose to return a product, we will refund your full payment, including shipping costs, within fourteen (14) calendar days from when you notify us of your return. However, we may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until you provide proof of the return, whichever comes first.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

Please note, the right to cancel and return only applies to products purchased directly from the TrendLux website and does not apply to items bought in physical stores.

Steps to Return:

Initiate a Return: Go to the "My Orders" page and click on "Return Item."
Schedule Pick-up: A courier service will be scheduled for pick-up.
Return the Item: Hand over the unopened package in its original condition to the courier representative.
Refund Processed: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
